Due to all items being bespoke and made to your individual specific measurements as provided by you , returns are not accepted unless your item is deemed as damaged or faulty upon receipt by you, by Teyah Lilia. In order for your item to be deemed as damaged or faulty please email within 24 hours of the date of receipt ( this will be classed as 2 working days after despatch) explaining the issue and providing photographic evidence of the fault. Should it be accepted that your item is faulty or damaged by Teyah Lilia, a full refund willl be given within 14 days of it being deemed faulty/ damaged. No responsibility will be accepted for items damaged in transit.

No responsibility will be accepted for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements being given by you or due to a change in your measurements to those provided at the point of sale. Please therefore liaise with Teyah Lilia if you have any concerns about how to measure/ provide measurements.

All items are hand made and many have embellishments/ embroidery on. All items should be washed by hand in a gentle detergent. No responsibility will be accepted for damage caused by inappropriate care/ handling of the item once purchased.
